    Larry D. Kuster, a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1973, has been named by Leading Lawyers as one of the top 100 business lawyers in Downstate Illinois. He is an honors graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law who concentrates his practice in school/labor law and trial practice. He has appeared in Circuit Courts in more than 40 Illinois counties.

  • Forrest G. Keaton

    Forrest G. Keaton joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 1982 and concentrates in corporate, utility cooperative, and insurance law.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Bradley University and his juris doctor degree cum laude from the University of Illinois. Forrest is admitted to practice in Illinois and Iowa, and before the U. S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

    Richard R. Freeman has been a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1988 after earning his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of Bradley University. Richard concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and taxation, along with business and family transactions.

    H. Allen Yow joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 1989 and concentrates his practice in general litigation, family, and municipal law. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.

    Brad Wilson joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 1998 and concentrates in business transactions, estate planning, tax planning, and real estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and was self-employed in agriculture before earning his law degree with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He also interned for Judge Richard Cudahy of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

    Amy L. Jackson joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2002 and concentrates her practice in employment law, insurance defense litigation, and environmental law. Amy earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. Since 2006, Amy has served as the Administrative Adjudication Officer for the City of Jacksonville’s Municipal Court.

  • Anthony J. DelGiorno

    Anthony J. DelGiorno joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2003. His practice concentrates in elder law, litigated probate and guardianship matters; estate and Medicaid planning; and rural water systems. Tony earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Illinois College and his law degree from The American University in Washington, D.C. Tony served as a legal intern with the United States Senate Democratic Leadership where he assisted in elder law social issues.

During law school, he was Editor-In-Chief of the DePaul Sports Law Journal.

    Jerry S. Bauer joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2016 and concentrates his practice in general transactional work. He earned his bachelor of arts in philosophy from the University of Tennessee at Martin, graduating summa cum laude. As an undergraduate, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Gamma Sigma Alpha, and Order of Omega honor societies. He moved to Chicago in 2002 for graduate studies in philosophy at Loyola University Chicago, earning his masters of arts.

    Koert J. Brown joined Rammelkamp Bradney as an attorney in 2018. He is originally from Havana, Illinois. In 2015, Koert received a double major in Economics and Political Science from Illinois College. While at Illinois College, Koert earned dean’s list honors, was awarded the Mary Mundinger Scholar Award for the top student in political science, was on the Illinois College Golf Team, and was a member of the Illinois College Student Senate.
