Larry D. Kuster, a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1973, has been named by Leading Lawyers as one of the top 100 business lawyers in Downstate Illinois. He is an honors graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law who concentrates his practice in school/labor law and trial practice. He has appeared in Circuit Courts in more than 40 Illinois counties.

In school law, Larry’s expertise includes teacher tenure matters, reductions in force, student discipline, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance/arbitrations, unfair labor practices, school district consolidation and annexation, and special education law. Larry is a member of the IASB Press Policy Advisory Committee and the IELRB Advisory Committee.

Larry’s civil practice concentrates in personal injury, commercial, and construction litigation in federal and state courts. He is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and past president and Master in the Lincoln-Douglas Inn of Court (Springfield). Larry has served on the ISBA Civil Practice & Procedure Section Council and is past chair of the ISBA Workers’ Compensation Section Council. Larry has extensive experience in mediation. He has tried at least 30 jury cases to verdict and hundreds of other cases to verdict trials before judges, hearing officers and arbitrators.
