Samantha A. Dudzinski joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2016. She concentrates her practice in labor, employment, and school law. In 2012, Samantha received her B.A. in Politics from Oberlin College, with a minor in Law & Society. During her undergraduate studies, Samantha was a member of the Varsity Track and Field Team, acting as captain her senior year. Samantha was also a staff writer for the Oberlin Review, in which she wrote a feature piece “Get Paid to Play: A Look at the NCAA and its Athletes.”

Samantha received her J.D. at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. She was named to the Dean’s List multiple times and was an active member of Chicago-Kent’s Society of Women in Law, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Labor and Employment Law Society.

In 2015, Samantha was selected by Chicago-Kent staff in the Labor and Employment Law Program to receive the Sandra P. Zemm Prize. The prize is awarded annually to a third-year student in the Labor and Employment Law Certificate Program who exemplifies the qualities that Ms. Zemm (Seyfarth Shaw) possessed: “a commitment to pursue a career in labor and employment law, a pioneer spirit and willingness to take the initiative whenever possible, and a gracious and generous attitude toward helping those in need.”

During law school, Samantha clerked at plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation firms. She interned for the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent’s Plaintiff’s Employment Discrimination Clinic. Samantha also spent time volunteering at CARPLS, providing free legal advice to low- and moderate-income residents in Cook County.
